🕘 Boarding is billed per 24-hour day based on your drop-off time. For example, drop off at 9am and pick up by 9am the next day = 1 day. Pick-ups significantly later may add another day.

💳 Payment

We accept Venmo and Zelle. Once your booking is confirmed, payment requests are sent through the Private Paws app — a 50% deposit to secure your dates, with the balance due at the end of service. Just tap to pay when your request arrives.
